When should one start planning an event?
We suggest for weddings that you should begin the floral process 6-8 months in advance. If you’re crunched for time or are looking for a better quote (don’t blame ya!) we are here for you too! Our prices are extremely competitive in our market.
What is the first step?
We suggest you make a 1 on 1 face to face FREE consultation with one of our designers, which you can schedule here. If you have a busy schedule, or have initial questions, please call us here so we can provide alternate consultation.
What should I expect at the Consultation?
During the consultation we will talk about you: what inspires you, what you’re dreaming of for your special day, style, colors, and logistics. Our designers have worked with all personality types, so don’t fret if you don’t believe you are creative. At the end of the consultation a written proposal will be sent to you via email within 2 to 3 weeks time.
After receiving the proposal, we will send you a contract. If you wish to secure our services, simply sign and the date is now yours!
What if i am planning a wedding from out of town?
Many of our clients do not live in the Indianapolis area, or plan to have their special day here. If that is the case, we can set up a phone consultation and work via email. We are willing to travel, within our means, to our clients; we want to make this process easy for you.
BUDGET AND COST-FLORAL DESIGN
What Should I expect?
Pricing is one of the most difficult questions to answer. It’s dependent on many factors including types of flowers, quantity of flowers, color, and seasonality. Beyond the flowers, what we do is an art--so it takes expert hands to bring life to your unique creation. There is a wedding for every budget and we are happy to work within your means.
Another way to look at things is to budget 10-12% of your total budget on flowers.
are THERE ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES THAT I CAN EXPECT IN A FLORAL DESIGN PROPOSAL?
Other charges that are not floral related in a floral proposal could include setup, delivery, special case and item rentals, and design charges.
WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
For our services we happily accept all forms of payment! At least 50% of payment is due to start the ordering process for your flowers and rental items.
